TYPES OF COMPUTERS:

• PC (Personal Computer) / Desktop Computer.

• Mainframe.

PC (PERSONAL COMPUTER) / DESKTOP COMPUTER: - This type of computer is made up of separate monitor, keyboard, mouse, and computer box.

The following are the advantages:

• Low costs.
• Power consumption is not critical (plug straight to the wall socket).
• Usually fixed in one position

LAPTOP COMPUTER:  

A type of computer where the monitor, keyboard, pointing device and computer boxes are all in one single unit.

• They are lightweight (portable).
• Low power consumption ( long battery life).
• The computer doesn’t produce too much heat.
• They take full advantage of WIFI and Bluetooth communication.

TABLET COMPUTER:
